General Conditions:
- Users must comply with any directions provided by Council and The W staff and any signage or facility rules.
- The facility must be left in a clean and tidy state.
- No Glass is to brought onto any playing surface. Glass breakages or food and drink spills must be cleaned up immediately.
- Damage, hazards, accidents or injuries must be reported to The W or Council staff as soon as practicable.
- Emergency exit doorways and passageways must remain clear and unobstructed.
- Council accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
- Alcohol, smoking, vaping, illegal substances and dangerous or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
- Users must take reasonable care for their own safety of others.
- Council may refuse, cancel or terminate a booking, or require a person to leave, where conditions are breached, behavior is unsafe, disruptive or offensive, information is inaccurate, the facility is needed for maintenance, operational or emergency purposes, or Council reasonably considers use may pose a risk to people, property or the facility.
Child Supervision Requirement:
- Children under 15 must be accompanied and actively supervised at all times by a parent, guardian or responsible adult aged 18 or over while attending and using the W.
- Council may refuse entry or terminate a booking if adequate supervision is not provided.
Payment of Fees:
- The Town of Walkerville Fees and Charges Policy sets fees that apply to the W. Fees must be paid in full, as applicable, before accessing the facility unless otherwise agreed by Council.
- Failure to pay may result in booking cancelation and refusal of future bookings.
